  • "Seller" means a User who consigns or sells a product on the Platform.
  • "Product" means any luxury handbag or related item listed for sale on the Platform.
  • "SKU" means Stock Keeping Unit, a unique identifier for each bag model on our Platform.
  • "Member" or "Membership" refers to users who have purchased a Elite Luxury London+ annual membership.
  • "Authentication Centre" means Elite Luxury London's verification facilities where products are authenticated.

3. Accountant Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To buy on Elite Luxury London, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Immediately notify Elite Luxury London of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
  • Ensure you log out from your account at the end of each session

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

Elite Luxury London reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

4. Platform Operations

4.1 Platform Role

Elite Luxury London operates as an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers of authenticated luxury handbags. Each transaction represents a contract between the buyer and seller, with Elite Luxury London providing authentication, verification, and payment processing services.

4.2 No Make-Offer Functionality

Elite Luxury London does not support negotiation or make-offer features. All sales occur at the listed price.

4.3 No Direct Communication

Buyers and sellers do not communicate directly through the Platform. All transaction-related communications are handled through ELL's messaging system and authentication process.

5. Buying on Elite Luxury London

5.1 Purchase Process

When you purchase a product on ELL:

  • Ready Stock Items

    Once payment is made, we carefully prepare your order and ship it directly to you. All ready stock bags have already been authenticated before listing, so you can shop with confidence.

  • Pre-Order & Special Sourcing Items

    After payment is completed, the seller sends the bag to us first for professional authentication. Once the item has been verified, we securely ship it to you.

This process ensures every bag you receive meets our authenticity standards before it reaches your hands.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are final. Members receive member pricing where applicable. Prices include the cost of authentication but exclude shipping fees and tax and duty when it is applicable.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, and you agree to their terms of service.

5.4 Buyer Protection

All purchases are protected by ELL's authentication guarantee. If a product fails authentication or the condition does not match the listing, you will receive a full refund.

6. Selling to Elite Luxury London

6.1 Selling Requirements

Sellers must accurately represent their products, including:

  • Accurate condition assessment (New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair)
  • Clear, well-lit photographs showing all aspects of the bag
  • Complete description of any flaws, wear, or imperfections
  • Accurate information about included accessories and original packaging
  • Honest representation of authenticity to the best of their knowledge

6.2 Prohibited Items

Sellers may not sell:

  • Counterfeit, replica, or fake luxury goods
  • Stolen merchandise
  • Products with removed or altered serial numbers
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Damaged bags beyond repair

6.3 Pricing

Sellers set their own prices. ELL does not control or dictate pricing but may provide market data and pricing guidance. Prices, once set, represent a firm offer to sell.

6.4 Shipping to Elite Luxury London

Upon sale, sellers must ship the product to ELL within 5 business days. Failure to ship on time may result in transaction cancellation.

7. Authentication Process

7.1 Authentication Guarantee

Every product sold on ELL passes through our Authentication Centre where certified experts verify authenticity and condition. We guarantee that all products are authentic luxury goods.

7.2 Condition Verification

Our authentication team verifies that the product's condition. If there is a discrepancy:

  • The buyer is notified immediately
  • Detailed photographs and condition report are provided
  • The buyer may choose to proceed or receive a full refund
  • If proceeding, a price adjustment may be offered based on the actual condition

7.3 Failed Authentication

If a product fails authentication:

  • The transaction is immediately cancelled
  • The buyer receives a full refund
  • The product is returned to the seller

8. Elite Membership

8.1 Membership Terms

Elite Membership is an annual membership program priced at £99 per year. Membership provides:

  • Member pricing on all bags (typically 15-40% off market price)
  • Early access to new arrivals (48 hours before general release)
  • VIP sourcing team assistance
  • Invitations to exclusive offline activities and events

8.2 Payment and Renewal

Membership fees are charged annually. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial membership periods.

8.3 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership period.

9. Shipping and Delivery

9.1 Shipping Fee

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary based on location.

9.2 delivery timeline

Standard delivery typically takes 3-20 business days from purchase, including authentication time.

9.3 Delivery Issues

You must inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or issues within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to report issues promptly may limit your ability to file a claim.

10. Returns and Refunds

10.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of our souring process, all sales are final once the product passes authentication and ships to the buyer. Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Product fails authentication (full refund)
  • Condition does not match listing (refund or proceed option)
  • Wrong product shipped (rare, full refund and correct product sent)

10.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to ELL 's error or product defect.

10.3 Buyer's Remorse

We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with appearance after authentication is complete. We encourage buyers to carefully review all listing information before purchase.

11. Intelectual Property

11.1 Elite Luxury London Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is owned by ELL or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 Designer Trademarks

All designer brand names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. ELL is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any luxury brand featured on our Platform.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Sell or attempt to sell counterfeit products
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or money laundering
  • Attempt to circumvent our authentication process
  • Use automated systems (bots) to purchase products
  • Scrape or extract data from the Platform without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false reviews or manipulate ratings

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ELL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation, accuracy, or availability.

13.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform.

13.3 Maximum Liability

ELL's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ELL in the 1 month preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

13.4 Third-Party Service

We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, or other service providers.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Britain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ELL shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with ELL on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

14.4 Transaction Dispute

Disputes should first be addressed through ELL's customer support. We will mediate in good faith.

15. Privacy

Your use of ELL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • Payment information is processed securely through certified payment processors
  • We use industry-standard encryption for sensitive data
  • You may request access to or deletion of your personal data
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations

16. Changes to Terms

ELL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of ELL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.

17. Termination

17.1 By User

You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations for pending transactions or unpaid fees.

17.2 By ELL

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
  • Selling counterfeit products
  • Any activity that harms ELL or its users

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. ELL may delete your account data subject to legal retention requirements. Outstanding payments must be settled regardless of termination.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ELL regarding use of the Platform.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

18.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. ELL may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

18.5 Force Majeure

ELL is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet disruptions.
